Nicole Melichar Interview

Today, I had the pleasure of sitting down and talk to a Top 50 (yes, top 50) doubles player in the world; Nicole Melichar. While she was half way across the world, we got a chance to talk about what life on tour is really like for a professional tennis player.

Nicole is currently ranked 35 in the world in the doubles and hopes to make it into the Top 20 by the end of 2018. Her most recent successful tournament was in Moscow at the end of 2017 where she and her partner made the final of doubles.

This is my first interview with a professional athlete and honestly it was one of the most interesting conversations about tennis I've had. Probably because it was with a real tennis player and I had the experience to learn a lot about what goes on behind the scenes and inside the mind of how a player really works.
