Mexico's Number One! Renata Zarazua

It all started in her home country of Mexico. Former US Open champion, and Number One seed at the Mexican Open, Sloane Stephens began her campaign for the title in Acapulco. But little did she know, Renata Zarazua was ready for anything that day.

The 22-year-old Mexican, came out with a flourish of hustle and grit to take out the number one seed. Renata, now coached by her brother, created a name for herself and has risen drastically in the rankings since Acapulco.

We had the opportunity to sit down and talk to her about her life and what she has been going through during these difficult times.
